INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK BETWEEN EU, TURKEY AND GERMANY
The Office of International Partnerships of Ankara University Faculty of Political Science and International Office of University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg jointly organized an event titled “International seminar on social, economic an legal framework between the EU, Turkey and Germany.” between 26 November and 2 December 2016. Students from both sides put forward the current social, economic and legal issues between Turkey, Germany and the EU in their presentations.
The participants of both universities introduced the challenging social, economic and political topics in various presentations, as well as discussing the academic exchange.
The international seminar was organized by Dr. Osman Tezgel and Dr. Başak Bak from Ankara University and Prof. Stefan Faiß, Prof. Dr. Jörg Dürrschmidt and Ms. Dorothee Steiger from the Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences.
In his welcoming speech Rector Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Ernst put emphasize on the academic cooperation between Ludwigsburg and Ankara and also remarked on on the intercultural competence of future civil servants in a multicultural society.
